Cyrus Imapd 2.3.7 for the Linux Debian distribution

These packages were built on a Debian “sid” distribution.
Please do not disturb the official Debian package maintainers with questions about this build, but send questions or remarks directly to me : ffarid@pragmatic-source.com. But note that the official version that is being worked on by the Debian Cyrus Imapd team is based on my work.

Important notes
I added a personnal patch to this release, named « debian/patches/95-karavel-specific.dpatch », that I needed for a deployment, but that may not suit your own needs. The changes are:
- Do not chown cyrus dirs or deleted squat files on install/upgrade because it takes too much time on a system with more than 10.000 mailboxes.
- On a system running mupdate, wait for mupdate socket to be ready before allowing connexions to imapd and lmtpd.
The second one is really essential in a multi-server environment, without it you might loose mail during startup time or when restarting Cyrus Imapd.
In case you don’t want this patch, just download the sources (*.orig.tar.gz, *.dsc, *.diff.gz), edit « debian/patches/00list » to comment this patch and recompile the software.
